MatchRX (MRX) will calculate your shipping costs at the time of sale confirmation based on distance, weight and shipping method.

Drop Off Your Shipment
Click on the FedEx Drop off locater below and select Find Locations on the FedEx home page. FedEx Ground shipments need to be delivered to the nearest drop off center.
Locations include FedEx Kinko’s Office and Print Centers“, FedEx World Service Center“ locations, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter“ locations and FedEx Express“ Drop Box locations.

Schedule A Pickup
To schedule a FedEx Overnight or 2 Day pickup at your location, simply click the Schedule Pickup button at the bottom of your confirmation page. Or, call FedEx. MatchRX provides complimentary pick-up for 2 Day Express and Overnight Delivery. Ground pickup requests can be scheduled for the next two (2) business days. You can schedule a pickup on Sunday or a holiday for the next business day. Express pickup requests must be at least two (2) hours before your pharmacy close time. If you need to schedule a pickup for both FedEx and FedEx Ground® packages, you are required to schedule one pickup for each of the carriers individually.

Track A Package
When prescription drugs are being shipped, MRX provides you with a FedEx tracking number on your Manage page/Buying or Selling Activities page. Just click the link to track your package on the FedEx website. We do not require your own FedEx account to ship or track a package when doing business with MRX.

Reprint Labels
To reprint a packing checklist and a FedEx“ shipping label go to:
- Manage/Selling Activity/Pending
- Manage/Buying Activity/Pending
Click on View/Print under the Shipping Documents column.
