Step-by-Step Guide Outline:

Access the MatchRX marketplace

• Click the “Buy” link at the top of the page.

 

Search for the desired item

• Use the green quick search field at the top of the page.
• Enter the drug name or NDC.
• Select the item from the drop-down list or click the green search button.

View item details and add to car

• Click on the item image to view additional details, generic equivalents, and other seller listings.
• Add the desired item to the cart.

Save on shipping by purchasing additional items from the same seller

• Browse the seller’s other items displayed in the marketplace.
• Add any desired additional items to the cart.

Proceed to checkout

• Mouse over the cart and click the orange “Checkout” button.

Review and submit your order

• Each seller will be separated on the checkout page.
• Review the items and select the shipping method for each seller.
• Click “Submit Order.”

Track your order

• After the seller confirms and ships the order, you will receive a notification with the order number and FedEx tracking number.
• Check the status of the order by clicking on the dashboard and selecting “Open Buy Orders.”
• Click on the tracking number to view the shipment history.
