A Step-By-Step Guide to the MatchRX Seller Confirmation Process 

Selling overstock pharmaceuticals online can be a lucrative and rewarding experience, but it’s understandable that the process can be overwhelming and challenging, particularly when it comes to managing orders and ensuring timely shipment. But don’t worry! MatchRX is here to help make your selling experience a breeze. With our user-friendly platform, you can easily confirm and ship your orders within two business days of notification, all while providing a positive experience for the buyer. And to further assist sellers, we’ve created a step-by-step video tutorial that will walk you through the process of confirming and shipping an order. So, whether you’re new to MatchRX or an experienced seller, get ready to simplify your sales process and achieve success by following these basic steps. 

Video Guide — How To Confirm A Sale

Step 1: Access the Dashboard 

  • From your dashboard, locate the “Sales in Progress” section and click on the “Open Sales Orders” button. You will be directed to a page displaying important details about your Open Sales Orders, such as Order Number, Shipping Method, and Order Status.

Step 2: Locate the Order 

  • To locate a specific order, either click on “Show More” to view additional orders or enter the order number in the green search bar at the top of the page.

Step 3: Confirm the Order 

  • When you find an order that requires action, click on the orange “Confirmation Order” button to view the order details.
  • If the item is no longer available, simply click “Out of Stock” and “Submit”. If the quantity has changed, select ‘Revise Quantity Package’ and modify the order. Click the ‘Submit Revision’ button to notify the buyer to approve or cancel the revision. 

Step 4: Prepare for Shipment

  • Once the order is confirmed, proceed to the “Shipping” section. Select the date and time for FedEx to pick up the package. All shipments are automatically insured for $100, but you can select additional FedEx insurance to ensure your shipment for the total order value.

Step 5: Confirm the Order Again 

  • Click the “Confirm Order” button to proceed to the “Order Confirmation Page.” Here, you can click the orange ‘View Shipping Label and Packing Checklist’ button to view the packaging instructions. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure the contents of your shipment are protected. Print the packaging slip and FedEx label, sign the bottom of the packaging slip, place the item and packaging slip into a sturdy box, and attach the FedEx label to the outside of the box.

Step 6: Notify FedEx and the Buyer 

  • Fortunately, FedEx has already been notified of the pickup, and MatchRX will notify the buyer that the shipment is on its way. When the item is delivered, funds will be transmitted to your bank account. Click on “Go to Open Orders” to confirm additional orders or return to the Buy Page.
  • You’re all done!
