Follow these quick and easy instructions to navigate and purchase items from the MatchRX online marketplace today, and quickly be on your way to earning extra cash for your pharmacy!
Step One: Access the Marketplace
- Click on the “Buy Link” at the top of the page to view the entire marketplace.
- The most recently posted items are displayed at the top of the marketplace.
- With typically over 60,000 available listings on any given day, we made it easy for you to find the items you need.

Step Two: Search for the Desired Item
- By using the green “Quick Search” field at the top of the page, simply enter the drug name or NDC.
- Select the item from the drop-down list or click on the green search button to see all of the listings.
Step Three: View Item Details and Add to Cart
- Click on the image to view additional details about the posting of generic equivalents and other seller listings.
- When you add an item to the cart, the marketplace will display the sellers’ other listings.
Step Four: Purchase Additional Items from the Same Seller to Save on Shipping
- To return to the marketplace and continue shopping, click on the “Marketplace” link.
- You can add up to five sellers in a single card session.
Step Five: Checkout
- When ready to check out simply click on the orange “Checkout” button to view your cart.
- Each seller will be separated on the checkout page.
- View the seller’s other items one last time before checkout.
Step Six: Review and Submit Your Order
- Select the “Shipping Method” for each seller. When finished, click “Submit Order.”
- Each seller will receive their own order number and a notification that an order has been placed.
- Sellers are required to ship an order within two business days of notification.
- Your bank account will not be debited until the seller confirms and ships the order.
- When this happens, you will receive a notification detailing the order number and the FedEx tracking number.
- At any time, you can check the status of the order by clicking on the Dashboard and selecting “Open Buy Orders.”
Step Seven: Track Your Order
- Orders that have been shipped will have a tracking number.
- Simply click on the “Tracking Number” to view the shipment history.
- Depending on the shipping class, the item should arrive within five business days after the seller confirms the order.
